This is an open air museum, sort of like Williamsburg, VA where people are dressed in traditional clothes. We saw a working saw mill, flour mill, hammer mill and an oil press. The part that was impressive is that they still work! They demonstrated how they used water to run the mills. The oil press was dated back to the 1600's!
