House #27 where Marie and Josef raised 11 of their children, two others died. Can you imagine living here and moving with your children to Prague, NE area. When they moved to America they were 52 years old! They lived in a dug out the first year and then built a soddy around it.

What a beautiful setting...makes you wonder why they would want to leave. Need to go back to history class...was it not a peaceful time when they left??
