We went to a sewing workshop in Blatnicka villiage. Here they are preserving the art, sewing, cleaning and repairing old Croix - costumes from the past. Each village area in the Czechlands  had their own patterns. We reminisced that we had never seen any of ancestors in this sort of outfit. We decided they must have been too poor to wear these costumes. They worked for the people who did wear these outfits and that might be why they set off for America!
