This is the church my great, great, great, grandparents were married in. Josef Schultz and Marie Buchar, were married on June 10, December 28, 1845. The name Schultz was changed when they immigrated to America. The last name was really Scholz with a hacek over the c which makes the ending sound like a tz. It is interesting to note that the couple with 9 of their children came to America in 1877. They were 52 years old! Two of their children had already immigrated ... one of them being my great, great grandma!

What a pretty church! Does it still have a congregation?
