Before the trip, my aunt Bernice, said some people do not care for the food because they serve a lot of cabbage. Cabbage is served in soups, salads and cooked like it is here. In this picture there is white cooked cabbage covered in gravy and also a red cooked cabbage. Of course, I like it because I grew up eating this. The Czechs sweeten it with brown sugar.
